How do I create a customer account?

Create a dedicated customer account for purchases, downloads and private support.

Create the account

  1. Open the Create Customer Account page.
  2. Enter your name and an email address you can access.
  3. Create a password with at least 12 characters, one letter and one number.
  4. Submit the form, then complete email verification when requested.

Customer accounts are separate from administrator accounts.
