Direct answers before money changes hands.

If an answer affects the price, requirements or service you receive, it should be easy to find. These are the questions most buyers need answered first.

Downloading and buying

When can I download Free Core?

Review the Free Core details. The software license price is $0 and the public download is coming soon.

How do I buy a paid product?

Choose the product on Pricing & Bundles, then open its product page. The product page shows the current price, included software and available purchase path.

Are the prices monthly?

No. The published module and bundle prices are one-time software-license prices. Hosting, domains and outside providers can have separate charges.

Installation, support and updates

What comes with a paid purchase?

The product page states the software license, delivery, installation path, support scope and update terms that apply to that product.

What if the product does not work as described?

Use the published support route for a reproducible product defect or purchase issue. The applicable product and license terms govern the remedy.

Does product support include custom coding?

No unless a specific purchase explicitly says otherwise. Custom themes, modules, integrations and other custom coding require a separate PHPOG.COM scope and price. Discuss custom coding.

Technical compatibility

Can I use my own host?

Yes, when it meets the PHP, database, HTTPS, storage and extension requirements supplied with the exact Freehold CMS package.

What should I check before installation?

Confirm the supported PHP line, MySQL or MariaDB access, HTTPS, protected private configuration, writable storage, outbound email and any provider accounts required by the installed modules.

Does Migration Manager move every kind of data?

No. Migration Manager supports defined import workflows. Custom fields, unusual media, account conversions and custom databases may require separate analysis and custom coding.

Products and licensing

Is Free Core open source?

No. Free Core is proprietary licensed software offered at $0.

Why are some modules bundled?

Some capabilities require other Freehold CMS modules. The bundle includes those required parts so the buyer receives a working combination.

What does Beta mean for Form Builder?

Form Builder 1.0.10-beta is sold with its Beta label visible. Test the intended form, upload, notification and review work on the real host before relying on it for sensitive or time-critical use.
