What is the safest way to publish a blog post?

Write and review the post as a draft, then publish after the title, links, image and categories are correct.

Draft first

  1. Create the post.
  2. Add the title, article content and useful alternative text for images.
  3. Choose only relevant categories.
  4. Preview or review the saved draft.
  5. Publish when it is ready.

Changing a published URL later can break saved links, so choose the slug carefully.
