How do I create an Item Collection?
Item Collections are for repeatable structured records such as directories, portfolios, resources, staff or other content that should share the same fields.

Start with the structure
- Open Item Collections in administration.
- Create a collection with a clear public purpose and name.
- Configure the fields/profile the items in that collection need.
- Add a small test item and any media.
- Review the public listing and item view before entering the full catalog.
Use a normal Page when the content is one-off. Use a Collection when many records need the same shape.
