How should I add media to Item Collections?
Add images or files through the collection/item controls so the module can keep the media attached to the correct record.

Keep media with the record that owns it
Open the item, use its media controls and add useful alternative text or labels where offered. Avoid manually dropping files into module directories; that bypasses the record relationship and can make later updates or cleanup harder.
