What are Page Manager blocks?
Blocks are the safe sections that make up a Page Manager page: headings, text, calls to action, columns and registered module content.

Build the page in sections
Create the page, add only the blocks needed for that page and keep the order understandable. A block stores content or a registered widget configuration; the active theme controls the final visual treatment.
If a block supplied by another module is missing, check that module is installed, ready and enabled.
