How do I place a Form Builder form on a page?

A published form is reusable; place it in Page Manager or another supported rich-text/embed location rather than creating duplicate copies.

One form can have several placements

Use Form Builder's placement information to see where the form is used. When Page Manager is available, an unused form can create a draft page for review. The internal /forms/submit/... address is a POST endpoint, not a public form page.
