Where do form submissions go?

Submitted responses are stored for administrative review when the form is configured to accept them.

Review responses in administration

Open Form Builder and the form's submissions area. Treat submissions as customer data: give access only to people who need it and remove exported copies when they are no longer required.

An email notification is a convenience; the stored submission is the authoritative record when storage is enabled.
