Why was a form attachment rejected?

Uploads must match the form's allowed file types, size limit and server upload limits.

Check the displayed limit first

Use a permitted file type and keep the file below the form limit. The web server can also impose its own maximum upload size.

If a normal-sized permitted file is still rejected, note the file type, size and displayed error when asking for support. Do not send sensitive files merely to demonstrate the problem.
