How do I start a Migration Manager import?

Migration Manager is review-first: connect or supply the supported source, map it to an installed destination module and inspect the staged result before committing it.

Do not start by importing everything

  1. Back up the destination site.
  2. Open Migration Manager.
  3. Configure the supported source connection or import input.
  4. Select the installed destination that owns the imported records.
  5. Run a small staging/preview pass first.

The destination module must be installed because Migration Manager does not invent another module's data model.
