Transaction History is the support evidence view for payment attempts, including failures and later retries.

Use it to investigate rather than guess
Search by the customer, account or provider email, order number, provider reference, request/event identifier or recorded message. Filter by provider, environment, outcome or date when useful.
Multiple rows can belong to one payment journey. Do not add event amounts together as revenue.
