Where can I find a receipt or payment status?

Use the customer order record and any receipt email to review what Freehold CMS and the payment provider recorded.

Start with the order

Open the order in the customer dashboard. It should show the order state and the payment information Freehold CMS is allowed to display.

Your payment provider may also send its own receipt or confirmation. Keep both references when asking support to investigate a mismatch.
