What should I include when asking about an order?
Send the order number, customer email address, approximate time and safe provider reference so support can find the correct records quickly.

- Order number, if one exists.
- Customer email address used for the purchase.
- Approximate date and time.
- Stripe or PayPal reference shown to you.
- The exact error or status message.
Do not send a password, full payment-card number or card security code.
