What does a readiness warning mean?

Read the color before the detail

Red items normally block a feature or indicate a missing requirement. Yellow items deserve review but may not block the site. Green items passed the check that was run.

Open the linked settings page, correct the requirement, then run the check again. Do not hide a warning merely to make the dashboard look finished.
