How do I create a Store product?

Create the product record, choose its type and configure price, availability, files or shipping information before publishing it.

Build the product from the customer decision outward

  1. Create a clear title and description.
  2. Choose physical, digital or hybrid behavior as appropriate.
  3. Set pricing and availability.
  4. Add variants only when they represent real choices.
  5. Configure delivery files or shipping data.
  6. Test the product page and cart before publishing.

    How do refund or order requests work?

    Customer refund or purchase-dispute requests are local support records. Resolving one in Freehold CMS does not itself refund or void a Stripe or PayPal transaction.
