How do refund or order requests work?
Customer refund or purchase-dispute requests are local support records. Resolving one in Freehold CMS does not itself refund or void a Stripe or PayPal transaction.

Keep the request and provider action distinct
Review the customer request in Store administration, follow the merchant's refund policy and perform any required provider-side financial action through the supported provider workflow. Record the outcome without claiming that a local status changed money at the provider.
