How do I decide which Store products use Product Licensing?
Only products that need software-use rules or activations should have an active Product Licensing policy; normal Store products remain normal products.

Attach licensing deliberately
In Product Licensing administration, configure the product code, plan/features, terms, activation allowance and other policy fields for the selected Store product. Test issuance with a controlled purchase before relying on the policy in production.
