Why is a download unavailable?
A download can be unavailable when the public release is not open, the order is not eligible, the file is inactive or the signed-in account does not own the order.

Check the context first
- For Free Core, confirm the public release has opened.
- For a paid digital product, sign in to the customer account that owns the order.
- Check that payment and digital fulfillment are complete.
- If the order looks correct but the file is still unavailable, open a support ticket.
