Should I unzip a module before installing it?

No. Keep the supplied Freehold CMS module ZIP intact and upload the complete package through Module Manager.

Install the package, not a guessed folder

The ZIP contains the manifest and package structure Module Manager expects. Unpacking it and copying files into a public directory can bypass validation or put protected files in the wrong place.

Use Admin → Module Manager → Install or upgrade a module and upload the complete supplied ZIP.
