When review moderation is enabled, a submitted review is not public until an administrator publishes it. One-review-per-purchase rules prevent the same purchase from being used repeatedly.
Create the product record, choose its type and configure price, availability, files or shipping information before publishing it.
Customer refund or purchase-dispute requests are local support records. Resolving one in Freehold CMS does not itself refund or void a Stripe or PayPal transaction.
