Never submit these items
- Passwords or password-reset links.
- Full payment card numbers or security codes.
- Permanent hosting, registrar or server credentials.
- Government identifiers or unrelated private records.
Use order and transfer references instead. Staff can request an approved secure exchange if temporary access becomes necessary.
